( 1 ) your full name as in your p/p  ( 2 ) gender ( sex ) ( 3 ) father's name ( 4 ) nationality ( 5 ) race ( 6 ) religion ( 7 ) p/p related five data : passport ( a ) number ( b ) issue date ( c ) expire date ( d ) place of issue & ( e ) issuing authority ( 8 ) date of birth ( D - M - Y )  ( 9 ) place of birth  ( 10 ) occupation in native country ( 11 ) full address in native country together with contact phone number ( not PO Box No. or C/o address ) ( 12 ) purpose of visit to Myanmar ( 13 ) arrival / departure dates to / from Myanmar ( 14 ) flight number & airline that you will fly in / out of Myanmar ( 15 ) personal related four data, colour of your ( a ) hair ( b ) eyes ( c ) complexion & ( d ) your height ( 16 ) your overnight hotel in Yangon and also a rough itinerary of your Myanmar stay

WHO WILL MEET & CLEAR YOU OUT AT YANGON AIRPORT + MVOA PROCESSING COST 

The MVOA processing cost complete visa package will be US $ 75 / person and this will include Entry Visa Fee for the airport Immigration & this amount will have to be paid on arrival Yangon to our “ meet & greet staff “ who holding a placard your name on it will meet – greet – clear you out – attend to your Immigration & Customs formalities - then transfer you to the outside of arrival lounge where you will meet your friends or get your taxi to your hotel. You will also get a valid signed receipt from our staff.

TYPE OF CURRENCY

Kindly bring as we will need new US $ 100 denominations with no torn edges – no torn corners – no stains - no discolourations - no black marks & the serial number of that  US $ 100 note should not start with “ CB “ heading ( CB x x x x x --- ). This is what our local money changers demand and also what we must abide. Request your kind understanding.

WHAT TO BRING

Kindly bring two passport size photos of each of you and new US $ 100 notes ( as per conditions above ) and we will change back the amount due to you. No problem. You can bring your cameras, video cameras or lap tops – again no problem !. A tourist ( male, female or kid ) can officially bring in US $ 2000 / person & should you need to bring more you can declare any amount you will bring at the airport --- no harm, as you just wait extra 15 minutes at the Customs counter. All incoming US $ ( foreign exchange ) will be welcome all smiles !. Anything incoming is OK.

WHAT NOT TO BRING

Your credit & ATM cards will be almost totally useless here as no Myanmar shops will accept these. Also as we have no roaming access in Myanmar, your cell phones will not be functioning here. Require to note that apart from new US $ 100 notes no international currency will be accepted here outside as we had been used to handling US $ notes only.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS YOUR MVOA

It is adamant --- " A MUST " that we put up your MVOA application solid 12 WORKING DAYS ahead of your Yangon fly in date. It is also compulsory that you will send your scan photos and complete data 12 days ahead of your arrival date Yangon. So, we will have a reasonable processing time. It is important to note that before MVOA issuing --- your names will be checked with your Yangon incoming flight details --- airline, flight number, arrival date & time etc.. If you are not listed ( in the confirmed passenger list )  you will not get your MVOA, that’s positive.  Request to get your confirmed Yangon fly in ticket, please.
