Is Kipling right ?, kindly see it for yourself please as seeing is believing.

We gather and process all your data ( documents ) then send it to the Yangon Airport Immigration prior to your ( tourist ) arrival. So, after fly in Yangon you just have to go straight to Immigration Visa On Arrival Counter at arrival lounge, Yangon International Airport. This is just next to your climb down from the escalator. There you just have to submit your form and photo --- need to bring two real photos ( not scan or photo copy ). The Immigration staff will be expecting you and will recognize your name as we had also tied up with them sending your filled form prior to your arrival.

Since 01 May 2010 new Myanmar Visa On Arrival processing procedure had been adopted in Myanmar and now all citizens can apply MVOA through our agency and then get your MVOA on your arrival Yangon Airport.

But there are certain hitches, drawbacks and pre conditions to issue MVOA like your passport validity date, show money for individual and groups, to have a return flight ticket with you and most important not being a media person of any sort. Apart from that we need to check with you so that you cannot be in the “ black list “. Should you be in the black list you will be turned back at once after your arrival. We check it for you prior to your arrival. Our service includes preparation of document for visa on clients behalf and assisting on arrival. All these services by us will save you time and money.

1. Type of visa you intend to apply --- we usually arrange tourist and business visa only
2. Applicant name --- FAMILY NAME – FIRST NAME – MIDDLE NAME
3. Nationality
4. Race
5. Gender ( either male or female )
6. Date of birth ( Year – Month – Date )
7. Name, date of birth and place of birth of minor children accompanying to give in Year – Month – Date
8. Occupation of applicant
9. (a) Passport number with (b) place of issue (c) date of issue and (d) expiry date in Year – Month – Date
10. Permanent or current address of your residence abroad
11. Your contact details --- telephone, email of your permanent residence or place where you are working
12. Your intended address ( hotel ) of your stay in Myanmar with phone and email
13. Date of arrival / departure Yangon together with airline and flight number
14. Scan photo ( 4cm x 4cm in size ) to be sent to us by email
15. Your passport page scan showing your photo, p/p number, p/p issue date, p/p expire date to be sent by email to us

That’s all there is to it for now and kindly send the above 15 data in purple color fonts to us together with you scan p/p size photo and we will process your MVOA within 24 hours ( after receiving complete data from you ). 

( 2 ) MYANMAR VISA ON ARRIVAL – OUR PROCESSING PROCEDURE

1. Kindly send to us the data and photo scan we need as under by email to < voa-tours@myanmar.com.mm > and < ayethettlynn@gmail.com >. In short please give us the 15 point data we need.
2. Also send by email scan your passport page copy showing your p/p photo, p/p number, p/p issue and expire dates.
3. After receipt of complete data we will process your MVOA within 24 hours also letter of guarantee from us as official visa agents and also our letter to your incoming airline.
4. Kindly bring hard copies of the document sent and also print outs to submit to Yangon Airport Immigration Visa On Arrival Counter.
5. No hitches, delays or inconveniences you just board your flight then fly in Yangon comfortably and smoothly minus all worries and anxieties at all.
6. Arrive Yangon Airport then contact direct to the Immigration VOA Counter ( just after you get down from the escalator ). You will find that the Immigration at VOA Counter will already have your visa form sent by us and will be expecting you in person.
7. Your name will be checked with the “ Immigration Black List “ and don’t worry as we have prior informed you regards grounds that can put you in the black list. You will surely know that you can’t be in the black list at all.
8. Everything A-OK and you will get your visa seal stamped on your passport.
9. Kindly give your two photos / person 4cm x 4cm in size.
10. After that you will meet our staff holding a placard your name on it and they will clear you out attending to all your visa on arrival entry formalities. Eventually will clear you out then transferring you to the outside after help you claim your luggage.
11. Our service will end and should you need airport to hotel transfer we can arrange for you at minimal cost. Lastly kindly settle the due US $ 55 / person visa on arrival complete package including entry visa fee.

IMPORTANT POINTS FOR YOU TO KNOW

1. On your arrival kindly bring the filled form we had sent and also two real photos of you size 4cm x 4cm ( not scan or photo copy ) to be given to the Immigration Counter.
2. Also send similar photo or passport size to us by email together with your 15 point data in purple fonts we need from you ( mention later ).
3. Kindly settle US $ 55 / person and this will include entry visa fee + our service charges. So a complete visa package for you no doubt.
4. When settling the MVOA cost to us if possible to bring new US $ 100 note issued in or after 1996 with no torn edges or corners, no stains, black marks or discolorations and the serial number of US $ 100 note should not start with “CB” heading (CBxxxxx - - - ).

BE CAREFUL WITH THE POINTS UNDER – OTHERWISE NO VISA FOR YOU

1. Passport validity minimum 6 months from the Yangon arrival date
2. Return air ticket is compulsory when applying MVOA
3. Solo tourist show money US $ 300 / person and group tour US $ 600 / group. This amount to be shown in cash / currency and not in bank account or other forms.
4. You must not be a media man of any sort including --- editor, reporter, writer, publisher, columnist or even contributor etc.. Kindly remember we are very sensitive to these guys.
5. Will give you idea on the incredients of a “ black list “ but commonly you should not be engaged in any sort of activity or deed that will be against our present rules, regulations and laws. Will discuss with you later if needed.

We will then send you the document and with that you can enter Yangon straight and show this to the Immigration Visa On Arrival Desk at Yangon Airport. They will also have one copy with them and will be expecting you. You pay us only US $ 55 / person on arrival for complete visa package and with that you can stay 28 days in Myanmar.
